Colonel Beach Villa | Rooms & Wi-Fi

The villa was so spooky, it was like a horror movie. The staff were not helpful. They didn’t even know tha we were booked the villa gor stay. And room was so dirty and unhealthy. Bedsheets bathroom everything was dirty. Abd staff were like itne paise me aisa hi milega. No doubt the-villa is in front of beach but the feeling was so horror.

It was a great hotel at the beachside with delicious food available and the serene view of the sea takes it on another level

Location and view are good. But maintenance is not good. Lock, door, cleaning, light was not working properly. Front view are good. Hotel location are good

It is located in a very beautiful location. The staff are really helpful and friendly. The room we stayed in needed some more maintenance else it's a 10 on 10

The room was clean and had the essentials, though it felt a bit dated, and the furniture showed some wear. The bed was comfortable enough, but the room could use a few updates to improve the atmosphere. The amenities were minimal, and while they had wi-fi, the connection was slow

They property was good. The picture and the property is not same. I paid fully and again i paid another rs. 1000 to attain the same room that i booked. The picture shown and property rooms are different. Cleanliness is good, staff: friendly and supported much breakfast: we have no option, we got only 1 option. The kerala special puttu was good.

My stay was overall quite uncomfortable, despite the beautiful sea view. The cleanliness was particularly concerning. The bedsheets were dirty, with visible stains and hair, as shown in the attached picture. Additionally, the tables and shelves were not clean, and I even encountered some cockroaches. The bedroom itself was in poor condition, with broken and unclean wooden walls. At night, I could hear rodents scurrying within the walls, which was unsettling. The mattress was in very bad condition and the toilet seat was broken, which after our request they fixed. Finally, breakfast was included but because of unhygienic condition of the place we opted for not to have it. The only positive aspect of this experience was the serene beachside view.

Location is excellent, just by the beach. Rooms are clean, only the washroom are a bit small and not well maintained. Caretaker is also well behaved and helpful. Charging point and plugs are not good. Can be reached easily by car or auto. Breakfast was also included. Food is good and tasty. Owner is also good natured. Overall a very good experience.

Beach view was amazing. Apart from that i'd say, it was average. Place was kept untidy. No proper arrangements for food. And breakfast was below par.

This is a beautiful property, band on the beach. And an empty beach at that! if you like peace and quiet, this is the place for you. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended.

The location and premises of the stay is beautiful, but the rooms and bathrooms are not maintained. We booked the costliest room but when we reached the room was not cleaned and stinking. Stained linen and pillow covers, dirty bathrooms with zero maintenance.
