It was amazing, the staff were amazing and very helpful. The swimming pool was clean. It is a must visit place for all ☺️

Not good as shown in pictures, too small washroom, pool was dirty. Ac was too slow in cooling and actually it didnt cool much. Manager was a good and helpful guy.

First thing bring your own towel towel will be given only once, dont turn your a/c at night or owner abhay will shout at you, room will not ne clean when you have request to owner to clean, keep your scooty outside will shout at you, their is no complimentary water bottle, only room will be provide with many terms & conditions not even written anywhere.

Compare to the super deluxe room average facility. Below average breakfast.

The worst property i have ever got, there were cockroach, frog and what not. And the aunt y asked us to leave in the morning before time. Ac was not working, you can not even hang your clothes outside. . Just don't book!

Nobody wears mask in the hotel. Owner has maintained propery very well and works hard. But seems to be greedy. I met with an accident during the stay. Instead of sympathy she charged me for 2 bedsheets which had hole just coz some of my ointment was on sheet and need extra effort to

There were no basic amenities like soap, drinking water etc

This was my 2nd visit to Boon's Ark, the hosts are awesome. They have a small pool right in front of the rooms. Mango tree the iconic restobar which stays open till 4 a.m. is walking distance away.

Its in house Hotel. With nice rooms and view. Good for family. Only thing is they dont have back during power cuts

The airport transfers that i was charged Rs. 2400/- both ways. Food is expensive. Even a cup of TEA is Rs.25/. Hotel needs to revise the prices. The hotel must keep a ups incase of power failure. I had to remain awake till 4:30 in the morning from 11:30 in the night.

Great staff that know the true value of customer service special mention for reception and the restaurant first class service, the evening menu was varied and the food exceptional the coffee creme brulee was divine
