Very bad

location of property was wrongly mentioned on map and also owner didn't even asked for complementary breakfast.

Nice host. Good and clean room. Slightly inside the main road. No parking. Breakfast was nice.

I definitely wanted to put this review as we had a very upsetting trip. We booked 2 rooms for 4 people(4 bachelor friends. 1 standard double bed and 1 chantel which was located at the top floor. Ps: to note we called the host before booking. To confirm and he had no objections to host bachelors. also didn't mention anything about bachelors and to top all that we are 4 married friends who have come on our friends trip like we go once a year. . After reading the full review you will be able to understand why the above desclaimer. Room condition the chantel room was not washed properly. It had a pungent smell and the blanket was very smelly. Since we were 2 people we asked for additional second blanket and apparently thar second blanket was washed. Host behaviour the host was very keen on selling us the tickets for all shows and rides with the motive of getting commission but didn't give any importance to provide additional towels. Each room had only 1 towel. How can 1 towel be shared by 2 people for 2 days. When we asked for it he said it's all in laundry. This showed the attention he provided food in our booking we had complimentary breakfast. The host didn't mention anything about food for the next day like what we wanted to have etc, at-least it would have given us some idea to buy some groceries i. E, if there wasn't enough supplies. However in the morning, we saw a foreigner couple having bread and fruits and when my friend asked for the same as he was having a upset stomach, the host refused to serve by saying bread and fruits are only for foreigners. This was like a slap on the face. By friend ended up not having anything for breakfast. Why this discrimination? there was no egg served for us either. He was very pushy to have early breakfast mentioning there are others coming down. I understand he wanted to have preparation but would have been nicer of him if he discussed these things first instead or pushing us to purchase the show tickets repeatedly free will the rules in make my trip said that we can call it as a night at anytime how ever, since our booked rooms were at different floors we stayed at one room finalising our day expenses but then the host asked my friends to leave as he wanted to lock the door for the night. We were still very puzzled coz during the night we heard the door bell ring many times. Over all, we felt the host is pure judgemental and gives attention to foreigners. I certainly wouldn't be visiting this place again

Hotel rooms are not managed well. Rooms fans and lights are not working. Property administrative not responding. Whole money waste and refund also not initiated even after 24 hrs. Hotel staff are also not cooperating. It was a very bad experience, i recommend not to book this property.

Close by main bus stand. 400 mtrs. 3 min by car or auto. No inside car park. Close with thekkady forest. Narrow road, ends with anothe two house. Ecnomical stay during season.

Room are too good food and service are unbelievable a beautiful location lake view. Istede of i should be the 5 out 5

The rooms were clean, very comfortable. Area is market friendly. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone.

The green leaf home stay at thekkady was really a home feeling away from home. It was extremely clean and well managed. The owner was very polite, humble n well behaved. The home stay peace giving feeling of jungle. Thanks to owner, to make my trip choosing this property.

It was a average stay. Location is not very good. Delux rooms is good but was not well maintained like toilet doors handle was missing. Comparing price it was an average stay. Breakfast was good.

Good location, spacious room & bathroom. Cleanliness needs to improve.

1. Ventilation problem 2. No jal was installed in windows 3. Too much smell was coming in rooms 4. Manager was so rude. My mother has asked for glass of water at sitting on reception ho told water is already kept in your room pols take from ther. & no door handle is bathroom gate.

The service provided was excellent and the rooms were very good and clean.
