Good value for money. It is a budget hotel, with good food quality. Service is good. Staff is courteous and hospitality is also good. The stay was a good budget option, and I would define it as a simple setting with good food and hospitality. The location of the property was prime and this made my commutation around the area much easier.

I would describe my stay experience as a deal with good value for money. Warm hospitality is also a highlight. Staff is supportive and the location of the facility is also a prime location with reputed hospitals nearby. In-dining restaurant is good and cost effective. Food variety is good. All these are based on the rates currently charged, which I found satisfactory.

Though it was just a single night stay, was very comfortable. Cleanliness and the amenities were excellent.

I booked two rooms in excalibur with my family. The reception was warm. They provided the option for late check out. Rooms were elegant. Breakfast provided was english cold breakfast with added option for regional and egg cuisine. Room service was good. Personal care amenity was good.

I stayed for 5 days, it's not worth the money. There is no buffet for breakfast and lunch/dinner. No much options on the food. The room tv does not have hindi/english channels. Just few local malyalam channels. The reception and room service staff was very nice.

The rooms were not spacious enough. Also, the breakfast buffet wasn't available. We had to order breakfast beforehand and only then they will prepare. Not worth the money we pay.

The check in and out was so smooth with smiling receptionist who in-spite of being late hours single handedly carried our luggage and made us comfortable. He was ready to assist at 5 am when we were ready for check out.
