Review Of The Windsor Castle

My hotel check-in experience was not great this time. My access key was not working, so I had to wait, and then they gave me another room which was old and had windows that couldn’t be opened. I definitely do not recommend the rooms on the 2nd floor. I usually stay on the 5th or 6th floor, which has always been great, but this time it was a disappointment.

Rooms were not that good..washroom was very small and cleanliness was not good..but the atmosphere outside is really good..

view was amazing service is good.but room tideness is average. floor was sticky literally can't walk on barefoot

Windsor Castle is a nice property with a centrally located surrounding area with a variety of restaurants.Food Quality is very good and property itself is nice and peaceful to stay there. Will visit again Thanks

It was a nice stay and very supportive staff, recommended for families . food and room service was Excellent.

1, Food ( morning buffet breakfast was good) 2, Room & common area are dull and can rate average 3, Facilities - Two swimming pools mentioned.. but only one is operational 4, Near to swimming pool no shower available, but instructions written that take showers before swimming pool use 5, poll water level not maintained and pool side chairs r in bad condition 6 , Facility over all map with details leaflet will be good additions,if provided 7, Aurvedic massage - mention that it available from 9 am .. but when contacted, it's stats after 10.30

Location is good..Too costly stay as compare with facilities offering.Used towells are in the bathroom.Not cleaned toilet. Rates are very high compare to facilities provided in the room.Food was good testy.used and smelly towells in the room Crocroches flies in the bath room.Need perodical maintenance to AC Overall rating AVERAGE

average room experience, good staff and good property

I stayed at this hotel for 2 days, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The bed cover was broken and looked quite old, and the towels provided were dirty, which was unacceptable. Additionally, the room service was poor—the service staff did not come to collect the food waste on time, and as a result, the waste stayed in the room overnight. Overall, I was not satisfied with the hygiene and service standards and hope the management takes steps to improve these areas.

bad smell in the room, cockroaches and Lizards living inside , no proper cleaning.. un able to enter into the room due to the above issues,..we cancelled and returned..

Very much disappointed the stay rooms are not clean, cupboards are very dirty, switches are broken, staffs where very rude, lot of mosquitoes. Overall had a bad experience. Not even stayed for one hour shifted to another hotel along with my family. If possible kindly refund my money
