very peaceful and serene property abutting Meenachil river in Aymanam gramam (rose to fame through the Booker prize winning novel, "God of small things" by Arundhati Roy, a native of Aymanam). 200 plus years old two floor house surrounded by open lush green garden. Big rooms near and clean. very old owner lady is staying there and her son is looking after the property. property is accessed by narrow but motorable road about 900 m long from main road. kottayam town is only 3 to 4 km away. Swiggy and Zomato deliver food to property and if ordered a day before, host will prepare typical village food for you. enjoyed the stay here.
