Review Of Hotel Pentagon

Overall stay at the hotel was okay. The drawbacks were very low water pressure in the bath on the second day and there is no provision of TV channels (only Youtube is accessible) in the television.

Very good hotel, very good ambience and good supportive staffs

Hotel Pentagon location was very good, but the service and guest care were disappointing. No drinking water was provided in the room, food item choices were very limited, no attendants were available, and the complimentary breakfast menu had very few options. Guests were even denied food service, which is unacceptable. I request the management to kindly look into this matter and educate the staff to improve the service quality. I have made bulk bookings for this month, so I expect better arrangements.

The hotel is conveniently located on the main road with ample parking available. The property is clean, well-maintained, and features modern fittings throughout. I didn’t get a chance to try the food and beverage options, so can’t comment on that. The only downside was that I couldn’t find a direct website or contact number — bookings had to be made through MMT. Overall, it’s a comfortable and contemporary place to stay.

Location is on the main road. Easy to reach from different locations. Well maintained rooms. Restaurant is adjacent to the Hotel. Basic amenities are there. Services are good .

Location, Food, Amenities & Services were very good.

Hotel is approximately 7-8 km from Kottayam, The hotel is new and the rooms are good . Management should pay more attention to improve house keeping services and subscribe to some paid channels only free online content is available. The most irritating part during my stay was breakfast which started only at 8:00 AM, they should not book a room with a complimentary breakfast because most of the time customers will miss it. The restaurant is run by Famous note book group The food in the restaurant is very good.

A very pleasant stay at Pentagon. All the amenities are good and, very helpful support staff. The attached Calicut Notebook restaurant was awesome. It’s location on the MC Road and closeness to MG University and many other local attractions make it unique.
