The place is good - beautiful villa, spacious rooms, cleanliness on point, worth the money, close to all tourist spots. But we faced a few cons as well. Firstly, this was put up falsely as “Entire Villa” is available. They will allot rooms based on the number of guests (if you book 4, they will allot only 2 rooms, unlike the “entire villa” ). Secondly, although there were ample toiletries given, there were no towels - they gave face towels and said they don’t have bigger ones as they are yet to order - poor planning I would say. Thirdly, we faced power cuts a couple of times, but they didn’t affect us much. LASTLY, AND THE WORST OF ALL - ALTHOUGH ADVERTISED AS PRIVATE VILLA, TWO HELLISH CARETAKERS STAY INSIDE THE PROPERTY AND ARE EXTREMELY NOSY. THEY KEEP WALKING INTO THE VILLA TO KEEP AN EYE ON WHAT YOU ARE DOING. EVEN WHEN WOMEN ARE USING THE SWIMMING POOL, THERE WAS NO PRIVACY. THE LADY DEMANDED RS. 400/- AS CLEANING CHARGE (WHICH WAS NOT MENTIONED ). THEY HAD A CONDESCENDING ATTITUDE TOWARDS OUR GROUP TOO. AN ARROGANT ARSE WHO WAS AN EXTREMELY DIFFICULT INDIVIDUAL TO TALK TO. HE RANDOMLY TOLD US FANTASTIC RULES - THAT WE NEED TO BE BACK BY 10 PM, THEY ACTED LIKE THEY ARE THE HOST. Trust me, if it were not for the actual host (who is a reasonable lady), we would’ve had an awful experience. We were looking forward to meeting the medico couple, being medicos ourselves - and that was a bit disappointing. But overall, it was a good experience. I wouldn’t suggest these caretakers to anyone.
