Montecarlo hotel such a lovely hotel, built with care. International style. Moderately priced. Great ambience. Staffs are so good. Admin sathya mam very attentive. Rooms are so clean and well maintained. If anyone wish to stay for a day or two they can come and stay here and very happily spend their time and enjoy every moment. Good. Good. Good.

This hotel is one of the worst i've ever stayed in. The room was awful, dirty, and had a bad odor. They provided black towels that looked grimier than their color and didn't absorb water well. The wardrobe was packed with old mattresses and blankets, leaving no space to hang clothes. The kitchen area was surrounded by crows, which was unsettling. Even if the hotel offered to pay you to stay, it wouldn't be worth it. I'm very disappointed that this hotel is listed on mmt.

We booked a hut type room. Where they gave a different type of hut which we didn't book. That room is not at all clean. Even washrooms was not clean. When i called that resort and asked they said check in and check out time is flexible but when we went there in person. They said no 12 to 12 check in and out tymings. They said u can even cancel. We can't able to cancel because i made booking That cancelation tym was over. So we couldn't able to cancel. And they behaved so rude and tried to cheated us like they said u didn't called and asked us for tymings. And when we complained through call we said we need refund they talked with hotel name an-bu grand ocean beach resort staff name is anbu. Then they arranged a different hotel grand beach palace which is their own hotel. We went there at 10clk. And we asked an-bu to arrange a auto for us to go to that hotel they charged us 250rs for 4km in share auto that too. Which is 20rs only for that km but they charged 250rs. Then that grand beach palace was also not clean the doors are broken, balcony window was not closing so we called the hotel staff n said that issue he tried and that's all that won't close he said n went. Again we complained then he gave different room which in that ac was not working. We paid for that resort which for that money the resort n hotel was nit worth even the other guest who came to stay complained the washroom was not clean. The staff are not professional and they were rude and spike very local to us. Food was not good at all. And that auto driver who an-bu grand ocean beach resort staff referred for us was in drunk state.

Wen i reached hotel they said booking not received from make my trip app and they gave some room 3 kms away from actual resort. Which was not clean. No power backup too. Waste of money.

Door not closing properly and low voltage problem here for whole night so don't come here not clean at all

Room had a bad smell need to imporve maintenance need to increase lights inside the walk way.

Overall experience is good, food was best in resorts and bad experience was the room i have changed 3 rooms for not maintained clearness and stay was not comfortable in room expect clearness service is good

Cancel booking very bad rooms

209 room was provided the room had no tv and the bathroom had used clothes hanging in the door. Walls were damp and looks like prepaid bookings are like that.

Don't opt for map plan, complimentary breakfast and dinner are worst. Last minute they changed our stay to some other place.

Overall its very bad experience. Location is the only good thing. Rooms were below average, property cleanliness is bad, bed is very old also full of bedbugs. Swimming pool tiles also broken. Overall its not worth for family stay. Full of bachelor’s drinking in all common area. Food is also costly.

Room is not maintained properly. All thé properties are unclean and dusy

Very pleasant stay , having swimming pool out of my room door which is lovely and having a beach view tooo, tat is excellent, very good experience, i will recommend to my friends & family 👍👍👍

Food was really great and the room allotted to us was spacious! there was a bathtub in our room which got me super excited. Overall the stay at ocean a resort was truly amazing )

when i reached grand oceana beach resort with my wife and kids at 12:30 pm. when we showed our booking confirmation we were asked to wait. finally we were given a room at 3:30 pm. this is extremely unprofessional. the room didn't have a electric geyser for a hot bath and it was mosquito infested. moreover there is an attic room over the room we stayed in and some animals kept running and clawing the entire night. the behaviour of the resort staff is very good and the saving grace of our experience there. the staff deserve a lot of praise and of course the view of the sea at the back.

Resort is good but room is not good and swimming pool is also not clear and food is nice overall not bad.

Not clean u can stay for only view

Stay was good. However in hut we find some insects, which makes scary in the night. Service is good. Swimming pool is too bad maintained. Added full chlorine, which makes skin irritating and color of water looks light milk in color.
