Must Visit, wonderful experience.
I booked the stay for my parents, both senior citizens, and I must say, I was relieved when I had a word with the property owner/manager, as he ensured extra care for both of them, and, people there really took a good care of my parents. Smooth stay for both of them, nice view and wonderful experience.

Excellent Stay
Golden Oak, Shimla is a truly wonderful place to stay. The rooms are clean, cozy, and offer beautiful views of the hills. What makes the experience special is the warm hospitality—the owner is extremely kind and welcoming, and the staff go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. The food is delicious, and the peaceful location makes it perfect for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Shimla!

Had a pleasant stay at Golden Oak, Shimla. The location is peaceful and close to the main attractions. Rooms were clean and cozy, and the facilities were well maintained. Staff was polite and helpful, and the food was tasty. Perfect for a short getaway

Average Stay
Hotel is ok ok but location is not so good and to go to hotel we have to walk around 30-40 stairs

Excellent Stay
Stay and location was very good , staff behavior was also very good Our room has brilliant mountain view through window and that was breathtaking, Hotel staff help us and guide us about city and nearby bus stand to get easy access towards town They have wide room with beautiful balcony Overall experience was very good

Terrible Stay
It totally aparted from main market we reached at 11pm no food was available in restaurants even they didn’t get us access to terrace

Our property is located just 10 minutes from Mall Road, as clearly mentioned on the listing. Prior to your booking, we also shared this information with you over the phone to ensure clarity. Regarding food availability, our kitchen operates until 10:30 PM, which was also communicated to you in advance. Similarly, access to the terrace and kitchen is available until 10:30 PM as per our standard operating hours. We truly regret any inconvenience caused due to timing mismatches and will continue striving to improve our guest experience. We value your feedback and hope to welcome you again under better circumstances.
