We stayed here as a family and had a really pleasant experience. The room with a balcony was spacious and well-equipped, offering everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The only small drawback was that the smart TV wasn’t connected to the internet, so it was practically of no use. The breakfast spread was generous with great taste and hospitality. The pool was well maintained, and there’s a small indoor play area for kids, which was perfect for a short break. They also have an excellent outdoor sports area, but it’s reserved for members, which was a bit disappointing. Staff were consistently courteous and helpful throughout our stay. The location inside GIFT City is peaceful and feels safe — ideal for a relaxing getaway. If the outdoor area was accessible for residents too, it would have been a perfect 5/5 experience.

None of facility & activity accept pool was accessible by hotel guest . It is for club member only. You sight is not informing this on sight. My son was very disappointed by this , not recommend for family looking for stay plus activities.

It's a nice property, with a huge room with proper infrastructure, clean and maintained swimming pool. All over nice stay. All indoor and outdoor games are for members only so slightly disappointed. I think you should charge for the sports activity to allow your guests to make their pleasant stay.
