The room we have chosen was of higher category still there was no AC in the room , how come person can stay at temperature of 28-30 degree celsius without AC .

The hospitality start at the entrance. It was a way welcome, the room was ready, still we got the opportunity to look around the property where we got the best one. It was a family vacation. We enjoyed a lot. The location of the property was very nearby to the town and the food was lovely amazing and we enjoyed the amenities this spa services and the pool. The stay was good, it could have been excellent if one of the waitresses was kind and polite. Her rudeness spoiled my stay as well as my dinner date with my hubby. Apart from her, other staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout my stay. We enjoyed our stay.

Location- Excellent, Service- Bad (Very slow service) ex- waited more than 30 minutes on multiple occasions just for a drink to be served, same for food service as well. Amenities good. The breakfast buffet is great except the South Indian part. Dinner and linch buffet and ala-carte both is average

The property is good and location is also good . Around 3 km from main market . Food is very good and breakfast spread is nice . Premium view room have 2 beds but surprisingly no ac . We booked 2 rooms premium view and premium room . Premium room had ac and bigger tv while premium view room had 2 queen beds with no ac and small tv . Hospitality is not up to itc standard . The hotel does not accomdate any additional request . I would rate 5/10 in hospitality . Rest all stay was good

I stayed at Fortune ITC at Kalimpong in a garden view suite. You absolutely get your money's worth, this ITC property will not let you down. Almost all aspects of this hotel is a terrific experience including service, rooms, views, food and breakfast. The dinner and breakfast had a wide spread of items, and the food is exceptional. The evening high tea had few snacks and tea/coffee and it was tasty. The view from my room's sitout has both garden and the valley view and it was an evening well spent enjoying the views from that sitout. The room and bathroom are very spacious, clean and fresh. The room even has an AC which was useful as Kalimpong is very warm during the month of May. There is ample parking if you are driving your own vehicle, also has an electric vehicle charging point. The hotel is little far from Kalimpong city, but you won't miss much as the city does not have much to offer. Sugandha and other team members are doing a fabulous job across reception, room service, restaurant service etc. overall, I would rate this property high on service, views and value for money.

Location was good. But we did not get the room we booked, the room that was originally booked was to have a King size bed, but we were provided with two twin beds, also as was mentioned in the amenities slippers were to be provided, which was also not there. Food was also below par, the Chilli Chicken ordered was extremely salty.
