property is very old but staff r very friendly food r over priced and quality is average...At same price range we can get much better deal

They don't have any idea of booking, totally disorganised setup with no amenities in room such as soap, water bottle etc

The property was good, overall a good experience at this price point, it is near the main market, and also provides a good view of the mountains, the rooms are well furnished, bathrooms are near and clean. The behaviour of the staff is really good and do not change with time, however in the rooms we stayed one has to go through the bathroom to access the balcony which seems a little bit odd, the food provided by them is slightly on the costlier side, i would recommend you to add breakfast from the makemytrip app itself as ordering from the hotel makes it costly. Overall the stay was really good and we enjoyed the experience.

No room service, room unhygienic, broken bed, bedsheet horrible which is totally wedtsge. I have left the place

The ambiance is excellent. One can easily find solace here. Staffs are cordial and supportive. Rooms are clean. The prime locations are easily accessible from this place.

Aapas residency is definitely recommended if anyone is visiting kalimpong. Very nice and clean, big rooms, awesome view with a beautiful small garden, outside seating area, lots of varieties of plants and of course the service is definitely the best. The owner avikesh, the manager sajan and his support staffs asit, nimrod, yakub, lakhpa. They all were very supportive and well spoken. They were all very polite. My kids just loved the place. Both of them got so friendly with them. Most interestingly asit, nimrod and yakub are all guitarist and can play very nice western music. I was touched by their talent. Actually the behaviour of the staffs and the service makes aapas residency the perfect place to spend the holidays.

On our first day after checking in, the room allotted was very small for a couple however, on our reporting, we were given a deluxe room, which was very good.

Nice hotel with good view and garden near Damber Chowk in City Centre. Near to taxi stand and market. Lot of food joints near to this hotel. Staffs are helpful and the food is good but a bit costly. The owner is really nice and a wonderful person and very helpful. Rooms are good with all basic amenities and provide toiletries in the bathroom with geyser. They have an electric kettle in all rooms with tea bags, sugar, and milk powder. They also provide mineral water. The breakfast is complimentary but not elaborate. They also have a generator for power backup. You can book rooms directly or through MakeMyTrip or Booking.com site. Overall nice hotel to stay and relax and to take rest from the bustling city life.
