Very bad staff behaivour. Hotel is on 3rd floor. No mention of that. Room was dirty unhealthy. No fooding available

Location is good but room not so good. problem is pillow very hard and its terrible for me.

Room was clean but very small. No tv in the room. After asking to change the room they said no rooms available. After spending 2 days and requested again and again they brought us a tv without a set top box! no room service at all for my 4 days staying. Not a good experience. Not recommended at all. Whenever i booked hotels from mm t every time i have faced issues. Thinking of deleting "make my trip" and start using any other platform to book my upcoming ones.

Allotted rooms on top floor (5th). Curtain was broken, no wardrobe is given, only good part is located on proper market area. Apart from this basic amenities were good.

The location of this property is great, but you have to go upstairs as its on above 3rd floor. Rooms are not so great, its not airy and a little odour was coming aways. The most disappointing tings are the bed and window curtain. The window glasses are full transparent, anyone can see you from the outside if the curtains are not in proper place. The bed bugs were present, so every morning i was getting its footprint. Another disappointing thing was, the hotel staff was not friendly. He was always busy in video chat with his girl friend it seems. As per the room should have a tv. However it was not there and i asked him to provide one. The first day he provided a tv, next day it was not working and i asked him to replace that more than 30-40 times. Next day he replaced that around 7pm. We were in the room without the tv for more than a day which was terrible experience for us as the hotel was closing its gate before 8:30pm every day.

Bus was terrible bad

The location is just near the bus stand. But the hotel is on the 3rd floor and does not have a lift which makes it difficult for older people.

most disgusting hotel.... firstly we faced issue regarding rooms and they charged some extra amount.... we booked 3 rooms but in one room we had no tv even the gyser was not working it was horrible to use cold water in that weather... at night there was no water in any of the rooms so i called to the management and he replied sending one guy but don't call and we got 1 bucket of water for whole night🥲 the hotel is situated at 4th floor and no one came to help us with luggage we had to hire a person to manage our luggages....

Hotel situated beside kalingpong taxi stand. Nice view rooms. Staff behavior good. Room was clean. 24 hrs gyser.

Located just at market place, very convenient, shops and cars are at doorstep. Hotel rooms are very tidy, staffs are very good and polite.

No lift the lodge is on third floor of a shopping complex no coolie or room boy service to carry your luggage to third floor and trust me its very difficult to climb for senior aged mrmbers no room service not clean rooms you are in the midst of a market so expect good amount of noise and dust its best for bachelors and unmarried couples for short stay

Pokhrel lodge is one of best located and reasonable price hotel in kalimpong. It is located near the dam-bar chowk. Cab and bus stand is just 1 min walk. You can get a cab just below the hotel. One disadvantage that the hotel is on 3rd floor. The room are clean and comfortable. The staffs are friendly and professional. They help for appointment for paragliding also. The hotel do not have any restaurant or food service. But two good restaurants are just below the hotel. Overall experience is good. Recommend to visit.

Booking here means to be cheated. We have to stay without electricity for entire day and night. Rooms are on 3rd and 4th floor but no lift. Surroundings are too dirty. Horrible experience.

Not for tour, room is ok, but no other service like tea, breakfast, water supply, cleaning, etc. Very very poor service.

Good hotel. Just wall should be improved. Spacious room. Good interior and washroom. Only problem is there are no lift but overall is good.

Location wise the hotel is in the heart of the Town but be ready for some cardio, had to climb two, three floors by stairs. I was allotted room no. 105 which had basic amenities like tv, fan etc. Bathroom was clean with running water both hot and cold but the toilet area is quite congested. One Side of the room was damped and discolored can't say about other rooms. It was ok ok stay.

Nice room with balcony. Bathroom with geezer.
