Terrible Stay, Not going back there ever again . The guy at the front desk told me why Did you book through online you should have come here and pay I don’t know why then he said we can’t give you room now we will give you at 2pm Even when the check in time mentioned was 11am and then the rooms were dirty the sheets were used and not washed there were insects all over the room .

Hotel with some amenities yet backed by no presence of lift
the location was a bit in a narrow road somewhat difficult to find for the non residence. But besides that the facilities available at the hotel are top notch be it from room to services being offered. But what the hotel lacks behind is in the non availability of lift.

familyApproach very risky. No parking . No pantry . Dirty rooms . Geyser not working. Illiterate staff . Can’t sleep at night because of nearby railway station train honking.

Again for breakfast
I booked hotel stay with breakfast. They gave breakfast, but during checkout they ask to pay for breakfast. First time faced such experience.

most disgusting and unhygienic place
Firstly, it was extremely difficult to locate the hotel as it was deep inside the busiest location of Kanpur. The hotel was dirty. The room was a complete mess with its floor covered with thick layers of dust and there were cockroaches roaming around. The pillows and blanket that were provided were torn, extremely smelly and had stains of human cum (semen). There were used condoms thrown at the top of the cupboard. The washroom was also in a pathetic condition with no water in the flush and when i turned on the knob some gutter water started dripping which made me completely drenched. The hotel staff was uncooperative and extremely rude and the person at the counter started fighting when i reported the problem to him. Please do not visit this place if you love your health.
