Good Stay
I had a wonderful stay last night. The staff was very welcoming and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and all the amenities were well maintained. The service was excellent and the atmosphere was very pleasant. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Good Stay
The hotel was in a very crowded place , within the main market of Gumti no. 5 . It was very neat and clean , tasty food and courteous staff but there was no window neither in the room nor in the bathroom, so the atmosphere within the room was suffocating. You can't see anything outside or nearby areas. As informed by hotel staff majority of rooms were having this problem. Only few rooms have windows, which open in hotel walking corridor. I feel this is the main negative point of this hotel.

Excellent Stay
The rooms were impeccably clean, pleasantly fragrant, and the hotel staff demonstrated a high level of professionalism. The food was also quite delicious.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff
Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient.

Excellent Stay
Firstly the hotel was in busiest place which is perfect for shopping then the room was super clean, it had enough space for 2 people. Bathroom was clean. Staff was very humble. We booked with breakfast included and food was very tasty. Breakfast had variety of items. Another plus thing is that hotel has a very good parking area. I had a very good experience. Our stay was comfortable and peaceful...would love to come again. The only downside is that room didn’t had mini fridge. But overall everything was super good. Thank you for a great hospitality.

Nice Cozy Room
I stayed at this hotel yesterday, and it turned out to be a truly delightful experience. From the moment I checked in, the staff was courteous, professional, and eager to ensure a smooth process. Family Trip
The hotel is located in the middle of Gumti market providing easy access to all shopping centers. The hotel staff is good, rooms are clean and the food is also good in the restaurant. Areas of improvement will be in on breakfast menu clarity and putting stoppers on the doors including bathroom doors as the children and elderly found it difficult to open them.

Hotel is in prime location and sevice is too good. Staff behaviour was excellent. Neat and clean room and bathroom. Proper hiegine environment. Room service is excellent. Morning breakfast was amazing. Overall experience was excellent.
