I recently stayed at NK Residency (Room No. 105) and was very disappointed with the overall quality of the property. The room was not properly cleaned, there was a bad smell in the bathroom, and the bed, pillows, and blankets were of poor quality and not well maintained. The bathroom shower was not working properly, there were mosquitoes in the room, and no intercom facility was available to contact the reception.
I kindly request MakeMyTrip to ensure that properties listed on your platform maintain proper hygiene and service standards, and do not follow the low standards often seen in OYO-type accommodations. Please take strict action so that future guests do not face the same experience.
