The room vibe wasn't good but the breakfast and reception people were nice. The toiletries weren't provided and there wasn't any dustbin in the washroom. The Ac was working well and it is cable tv not a smart tv. Done already

Daily Housekeeping was prompt and non intrusive. Property felt safe and well maintained. Value for money stay.

Worst experience. No match with the photos provided and pathetic, unhygienic, insects like cockroach, lizards roaming around the room. No lift. Reception is at first floor. I wonder how fab hotel giving this hotel to their brand name? Very pathetic and embarrassing.

Everything was nice, the service was elite. The receptionist was so sweet and helpful, we weren't locals so he helped us with translations while talking to cab drivers, told us the address to the good restaurants nearby and even upgraded our room for free to a better one due to a minor inconvenience. The locality is a bit messy but there's nothing they can do since a metro station is being constructed there I would recommend staying here, the beds are a little uncomfortable but it's not that bad. WORST EXPERIENCE!! location- poor Infrastructure- poor no match with pic maintainance- pathetic, unhygienic, insects in toilets, poor standard of toilets plumbing v poor AC DOESN'T WORKS EVEN AFTER REQUEST. I recommend my friend to book it with me n got really embarrassed. no hot water..

Room was not hygiene. Fan was very noisy. Very small room . Tomuch cost for this room .

first of all they did not provide any breakfast, my booking was with breakfast and then they took 500 Rs extra for early check in..this is not at all good
