as i check in at arond 9.30 pm , the property has very bad smell in the rooms , the rooms were not live able . told me the they will call me back with a short period of time. till 11 pm i called them them 3-4 times then i left th property to stay for the night.and told me they they need time to solve this issue they will call me by evening, i have to stay here for the works for which i have come to chennai. after 3 days the refun the room charges, wheather the property are liveable or not..they dont check tye conditions of the property ,
