Unhappy Stay Exper
Location is good. Poor Service. At night when we called food from outside because we were already past their closing time of 11pm, we asked for cutlery - spoons and plates. Initially they denied giving apparently because outside food is not allowed. And then when we told him that it's past 11pm and you won't be accepting orders - he said ok then go ahead and order. Now that food had come, atleast give us basic cutlery. He didn't have. They couldn't give us spoons or plates. Later he sent one huge steel tray so that we can put food on that and eat with hand. They didn't even have cold water to serve in a place like chennai. For checkout i politely asked the lady if we could extend by an hour - the receptionist refused. She told me you only have 15 mins to leave the room at 1140am. That too in a ride tone! Ok! We accepted and cleared the room. I guess basic amenities and service quality is lacking. You don't charge 4k+ for a night and serve this way unfortunately!!

Property is in good area, Food i don't took as early checkout at 7 Am. And break fast was not prepaired that time. But one negative things I face that, I reached hotel at morning 9 am and Check in suppose to on 12 noon. So, I wait at hotel and meanwhile no one is asking for even water. That I felt atleast water

The space won’t suit the price range mentioned. Thought mmt says more than 60% discount, it is not worth even the discounted price . This can fall around 2000 range. Cleanliness is ok but not good. We can manage

this was a budget hotel and average one available in RA puram area hence needed to book for my easy travel

Skip this foe better option.
No water for 1st day. Hot water not available. Delayed checkin. Receptionist not available many times. Good area but service and facility needs to get better. I wish them luck.

air condition not working
Air condition not working in room 201. Needs improvement in AC. Old system hence it is not effective during summer times

water to Shower and Wash mou
groupthe shower water was supplied from the STP (toilet) recycled water and the room size is 7 Feet by 8 Feet in which angle would you call such pathetic ambience premium I don't understand. However the only positive side is that the staff is great.

Poor Stay
1) the bed sheets were dirty - hair- stainsgot it changed2) water was brown in toilet and for bath- so had to skip - one day ok- wash basin water was fine- no cupboard inside roomchoose based on proximity to where we needed to go and rating - very poor thanks

Washroom was not clean. No mats. Paid 4k+ for one day and breakfast was not included. Not worth the money.

Excellent Stay
coupleStay was good. Polite staff and quick check in and check out. The room was neat and clean no complaints. Locality was accessible on the main road and many families were also staying there so very safe also. Would recommend

Worst stay
The room was dirty and too small. Staff are not service concerned. Breakfast served in a room which is very limited. Bedsheets were not washed and changed. Asked staff to change the bed sheets when checked in. Washrooms are not maintained well. Finally, this is not a 3 star property.

Lack hygiene and cleanliness
soloThe experience was not so great in terms of hygiene and cleanliness. The water was yellow and the toilets had water leakage. The service was good but overall not a pleasant environment to stay. A lot need to be fixed.
