Had an excellent stay at this budget hotel! The room was clean and basic, with all the essential amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful, even assisting with local transport. The location was perfect for exploring, and the price was fantastic. I’d definitely return!

Excellent Stay
"An excellent choice for budget travelers! The room was clean, well-lit, and spacious. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always offering tips about places to visit nearby. I was very pleased with the affordable rates, and the location made it convenient to visit all the key attractions. Highly recommended!"

Terrible Stay
The home stay is extremely dirty and poorly managed. It seriously needs to evaluate options for improving general cleanliness.

Average Stay at KK Residency
familyThis hotel wasnt actually a hotel but more of a motel - host behaviour was good rest all facilities average - rooms had seepage , flush wasnt working , 1 room had a leaking tap - if you just wish to pick a hotel for small stay it is a in budget pick - also it didnt mention FabHotels anywhere it had OYO sign boards - there was only one option in breakfast but taste was good tea was good

Terrible Stay
The hotel was not a very good location, apart from that, the door latches and bolts weren’t in a workable condition, especially the bathroom door which opened time and again and wasn’t locking. The room service barely existed, the bedsheet wasn’t clean enough.

Kk residency trying to impress but not there yet.
familyIt is a refurbished old building, facilities not up to the mark. But staff are good. Bathroom smelled in one room, we got room changed.
