Location is good. No food available at the hotel, not even complementary tea/kettle. No water in bathroom. Towels worn and dirty. Cockroach infested. Curtains are filthy. Not much support from the staff

The stay was totally comfortable, prime location with a very beautiful mountain view...the biggest advantage was everything is near by...the rooms are also neat and clean and the staff was so polite and helpful . value for money deal.. must recommended

Location was good but other than that not much of a good experience. 1. Bed mattress was very hard, not as soft as we get in hotels generally 2. Tap mixer was broken due to which there was no hot water in tap or shower, when complaint, they asked me that all other rooms are booked so they cannot change room and rather asked me to use different room for few mins to take shower.

Stay was fine, good compact room. Warm blankets, hot water was also available. Common balcony and restrained space there.
