Disappointment Stay due to very bad arrangement.
Light is one of the biggest challenge. Manual Power-back takes time and the electricity gets disconnected at-least 15 times in a day. Pool is very dirty and there is no maintenance around it. No proper cleaning of the room is done on daily basis. Food is one of the challenge. So overall i would not suggest to visit the place atleast they fix these things for everyone.

I found this property on MMT only while I am trying to find a property with pure vegetation option and very calm environment. The food is the main attraction of this resort. Apart from food, the other amenities like swimming pool, greenery, yoga centre etc are at their best.

Everything was good but maintenance services are not satisfiable as room has insects and due to greenery there is an issue of insects at this resort and room services are not available on landline phone Instruments

Good Stay
It was a great stay here, well-maintained resort, full of greenery, spread in a vast area, peaceful, safe and serene. All the amenities were provided, staff was prompt, sweet and co-operative. The food was delicious and quantity was sufficient. I would rather be a frequent visitor here.

Good Stay
Initially we were not happy as the room we were allotted was not in range with the wifi, so we had to manage. The room was good and but can be a little better, as the sheets were not clean but manageable. The refrigerator was not working and after letting the house keeping department know, we were able to get our solution. Overall a well placed resort with good and efficient team, just they need to ensure that wifi is available in every room and rooms are checked before checking in for any issues.

The worst experience only this time
familyWe got a call from property to ask time of arrival. I informed that we would come around 4pm. As the address mentioned and location map provided in the mail, we reached easily at property at 4. 45pm. Security guard guided us to park the vehicle and indicated way to reception. At reception, we were informed that room is not ready due to late check inn, and it would take 30-40 minute. We waited and asked for welcome drink (as mentioned in our booking but denied by him, then asked for high tea (as it was 5pm time, the same also denied. He told that this is only mentioned in bookings, but we don't provide such factifies. After waiting 45 minutes, we were shown to the room (as only receptionist was there, he took some of our luggage and remaining were carried by us, the room no. 404 had seepage patches on common wall of toilet and bedroom (wall on which, bed touching) and foul smell in toilet. Garbage was also present in front side of room. Other room (occupied by other guest with same date of check out but luggage present) was opened with master key and told to wait for further 45-60 minutes for checking out and preparing the room. We left the property without staying there due to all this.

Not as expected
I was a disastrous stay. Switch boards were all broken. Bedsheets were untidy. No one recieved call on the reception.
