Hotel is average and but according to price room condition not well and not clean he not giving water bottle glasses and towel they charge everything average if you have don’t have a place

Location was not on main road No lift /elevator Room was not clean No Soap/ toothpaste

Room was very small compair than first floor. Location was okay. Staff was good but 2 different days ,2 different room and big difference between rooms

if you guys plan your holiday relaxed then never choose this hotel they should be change their category as hotel no staff for help no intercom lift not working kitchen not working if you staying at 2nd floor, so without intercomm service you have to come down stairs and look for the service/ housekeeping because no will be available on reception.. otherwise rooms are good, speciaous sharing some photos so you can understand

illiterate & inhospitable people handling the reception,they don't have basic humanity, asking for money for RO water. Extremely rude towards the customer .

The property was clean, and maybe a decent place to stay, but the staff was too arrogant. It was mentioned as a 'pet-friendly hotel; hence, i booked this property, but upon reaching, got to know it's not. Which was still fine, but this one guy, who got to know he was the night manager of the property, asked me to leave without even mentioning the right reasons. After an hour-long conversation with the mm t people and the hotel owner, they let me inside the hotel but asked for extra money. I only got to check-in inside the room that i booked after an hour long fight where they were not even listening to the customer. Also, on top of it there was a drunk person, started misbehaving, knowing that i was traveling alone and having a hard time dealing with these hotel people. The whole staff was watching and listening him making absurd comments and a few were laughing about the fact. But there was no sense of responsibility and absolutely no professionalism. I not only wasted an hour fighting with them but also put myself under the stress the whole night where i was scared and had absolutely no faith on their staff people.

While booking, it was shown that breakfast is included and when I went to the hotel, I was told by them that breakfast is not included whereas.

The hotel said that they removed breakfast from all the stays. The chair was dirty. There was no doormat. The tv was not recharged. One door was missing from the cupboard.

We had safety issues some boys are drunk and knock pur door at midnight, a terrible experience. Staff behavior is very bad and rude, very unhygienic rooms and washroom

It is not good to stay as hk staf arrogant, bed linen & bath linen not good bathroom shower not working properly and shortage of water. Also they charged us for breakfast but that i have paid till the time of booking at makemytrip. Com

In mm t app they showed breakfast but the management doesn't provide breakfast and they include extra charge for room

The stay is located at a very good location. Pacific mall is like a walking distance surrounding is quite but rooms are just about okay
