Dirty smell in room no hot water in washroom no glasses for dunking water all in all dirty pillow covers bed forehead was dirty

Property location is good and room condition is okay okay not bad food is also good not bad but service is slow.

Very bad . Not have mentioned some of rates in menu and tell itself by their own . I am not satisfied by this .

It's a good experience with nice service, rooms, and food also. the hotel staff are very friendly especially the front office staff very corporative. overall my stay was good.

Sir During visit we faced lack of services. Despite repeated calls water, food is available. Even then bedsheets were unhygienic. Will not recommended anyone to go there.

We checked in on 15th June around 11 pm after a long journey and were extremely disappointed with our stay. The first room was small and without a refrigerator, and the new room we were shifted to was dirty, with torn sofas, spit marks, and stained walls. The bedsheets were also unhygienic.Used Towels were kept in the bathroom. The staff was careless and hotel seemed understaffed. Room as well as blankets were stinking. No one was there to address. Overall, it was pathetic experience.

the golden hotel the rooms very spaces and Spotless with great decor and crisp bed sheets the breakfast buffet was delicious with a huge variety of options the staff very attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable

I have the worst experience about this property and its staff. Hotel staff is not cooperative and fighting with guest on some minor issues

great value for money right in the city as a bugis market and shopping center. hotel is very clean . welcoming staff and nice entrance. room is basic but was clean . comfy beds nice bathroom with a hot shower . big tv and great wifi. would definitely stay agin.

Poor Cleanliness, no amenities and most importantly at check in they asked me for the booking mobile number and otp for check in but later when i checked that sms it was from MMT and they have logged in your account in their device so i logged out that device from my application and they were very proudly saying that that is our daily routine to check the payment details and do whatever you want to do. As we are booking it online we kept our payment details like cards and all our travel details in the app so i raised a complaint about this incident to the MMT and hope they will remove this property from their list.

Great value for money stay near ISBT station, location was fantastic, room was spacious a living room area flanked by the 2 rooms on each side , place was clean, staff were friendly, breakfast was great, water pressure was strong and water heater worked well."

Hotel condition is pathetic no vantilation in room ac is not working properly and bathtub is just for namesake

The reception girl was very nice. The service was very good. I even asked for water at 2:00Am in the night and water was delivered to my room.

Totally Horrible Experience , hotel staff is very biased if anyone booked their hotel online so they treat their custoners like servant, they gave me a hotel room in their backend area they told me that i have to go through stairs because lift is not there they mentioned liquor in their menu but when i ask for liquor they deny to serve infact they dont care about their online customers. MMT you have to take actions against them because they are ruing your name.

A very disappointing experience staying at this hotel. The first room had no drinking water, no fridge, and the bed was dirty with mosquitoes everywhere. Even after complaining, it took 30–40 minutes for the service staff to show up. Then we were shifted to another room, but that too lacked basic amenities — no fridge for cold water and nothing essential was provided. Anything we asked for took a lot of time to be delivered. I called at 7:50 PM to place a dinner order, but despite multiple reminders, the staff came to take the order after an hour. The next morning, we had to wait an hour for breakfast, and nothing was served until we made several calls again. It honestly felt like booking a room here was a mistake. Both the service and facilities were extremely poor.
