Room was good but room facility was poor no water bottle tea bag and hot water in room food was delicious room neat and cleaned

The rooms were not ventilated, over priced, very late room service. One small boy they hv kept. The rate charged was high. No kettle, no shampoo, clean towels, one room was stinking of cigarettes. The receptionist was polite but she couldn't help that much.

Room is ok but do not pot for breakfast as it is very small. Only two slices of toast. Much better to eat out. Food is also expensive in the restaurant.

The location was very good and staff was also very nice and polite.

After room booking while entered there is no bath kit not even towel was not in room. Breakfast was not given. Staff is cooperative and with full manner.

Most useless hotel, no breakfast before 8.30 am, no dining place, no soap in the room, shabby maintenance, room not having a tea kettle, no customer control on AC and geyser as switches with reception. Regret booking it. Sad that MMT has them in the panel.
