the wifi is was not working in hotel , there is no lift . I got room at 3rd floor , the stool at bathroom is also broken .

that hotel is still in construction and the beds bedsheets aren't clean and room is also having some smell.but for that night we don't have other option but to stay there.its a terrible ****** the first they have given a corner room which was very bad then after asking and some discussion , they have given another room but this room is also like the same. no pictures

Stinky Rooms, everything was so massy
Everything was massy, stinky rooms and washrooms. Geyser not working. If i go out then we have to wait 30 min to open the room.

Room Quality is not that good
Room is not well maintained. TV not working even after informing the staff about it. Food was good. quantity n quality good. staff was well mannered

Very worst experience it wa
businessThis was a very horrifying experience. None of the mentioned facilities are available. The entire building is dilapidated and under construction. There is no proper cleaning, and the washroom is not clean either. Any booking made at this hotel is a complete waste of money. I want a full refund.

Bad experience
The hotel room was very untidy and unhygenic it doesnt mean if the guest is coming for hourly stay you treat them limr this..

Terrible Stay
The wifi didn't worked. They didn't even had a cup of tea when ordered. Had to argue for that. The items in the menu were not available and was forced to order only meal they said was available and that too was delivered incomplete. The meal consisted of dal, rice, salad and one more item they delivered dal and roti. When questioning they gave rice. I dont recommend anyone staying there should remove this hotel from their list

Not a happy experience
Person sitting on reception was not interested in answering properly. I was in transit to mussoorie so it was just a night stay for me for few hours. No intercom provided. On asking they gave me a card and said call on this no. They didn't even care to take the luggage out at the time of checkout. The complimentary breakfast was good.

Slow service
There is no telephone facility. Staff service is slow. There is no lift in the hotel. Everything else is fine, cleanliness too, bathroom is fine.

Worst and horrid experience ever of life. Don't waste your money by staying here. No cleanliness at all. Rooms were dirty unhygienic stinking, uncleaned towel and bedsheets. Most horrible stay of my life ever in any hotels. Wont recommend to anyone
