The rooms were really nice and cozy. Although, the manager asked if we wanted a welcome drink and then made us pay for it. It was a weird tasting mango shake which cost 280 for 2 glasses. The service is nice though and the stay was very comfortable.

The place is very good and it feels very homely every time you go. I have stayed in the place not just once but multiple times. The place is very aesthetic with a a lot of greenery and plantation.

My one-night stay at Lakshmi Bhawan in Vasant Vihar, Dehradun, was an exceptional experience. Our host, the lady of the house, was warm, caring, and attentive, making us feel right at home. The home-cooked meals were delectable and satisfying. The room's ambiance was delightful, with ample space, fresh air, and impeccable cleanliness. Although the washroom was slightly compact, it was still comfortable. The property's layout, with seven rooms, a common area, and an open kitchen, was thoughtful, especially for families with young children like ours. However, I did notice a few areas for improvement. Despite requesting a bill, we weren't provided one, with the host citing the MakeMyTrip bill as sufficient. I believe a formal bill would be beneficial for confirmation purposes, especially in cases of cancellations. Additionally, the TV channels weren't recharged, and the food servings were somewhat limited, requiring some assistance with serving. Nevertheless, we managed well, and the overall stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The host's warm behavior and the property's charm made a lasting impression. I'd be delighted to stay again and hope that the shortcomings will be addressed in the future.

I loved the place and the hotel, and i highly recommend it to others who want to stay in a peaceful area with no traffic, yet very close to fri, dehradun.

Neat and clean and well maintained property. Aparna ma’am herself taking lots of pain to maintain the property, personal touch is quite visible as every facility is well organised. I recommend to other guests also, those who love to stay in neat & well organised less expensive homestay.

The staff was there to assist when i arrived. They accepted my request to provide early morning tea. They also provided breakfast, and dinner according to my needs. The room was clean and well maintained. Overall, i had a pleasant stay.

It was excellent. Although it was a one night stay and there was a room available. We were welcomed with complimentary drinks. It was a cozy stay and breakfast was included. If you’re looking for a homestay for reasonable prizes, i recommend this.

Property is well maintained and hygienic, host and the caretakers are very helpful and friendly. I got no issues whatsoever during my stay at the property. The host mrs. Aparna could also give you insider tips regarding your travel plans in uttarakhand. This stay is worth for money.
