Hotel Grand

Stay was average.....all the things shd b checked before the guests enter the room like washroom, tv, clock etc

Great location at the center of Dehradun City, good food and hygenic and clean rooms. The staff was also really helpful.

Hotel location is good, room is ok & wash room also good. There is no disturbance at night.

Property was good. Good room. Service was amazing. I didn't try the food as it was bit high price. Good amenities just the hot water was missing for me in the morning. Overall it's a good place to stay

For reaching the hotel, if you are traveling on opposite side then you will have you drive 1.5 km to reach the hotel( taking u turn). Very unclean room, could find hair in the room, lot of dirt, asked the man to clean it. He just sweeped the floor and went.

Room size is too small and toiletries also not provided only handwash is available in wash room but location is good

There were very challenging service by the receptionist. Terrible this hotal not recommend to any one for future amenities not available wtih room as well with hotel(dental kit/soap/ saving kit) nothing is there to facilitate when i wa discusses with receptionist they told this is not in the hotel policy. Cleaning issue towles are showing yellow.

First day they did not gave towel and other basic items and tea was bad. Parking facility is not adequate greyser was not there.

During our living period found no wifi, tv connected with cable which is max time found freeze or no signal, ac frequently stopped. Food is also found too oily and unhealthy.

Locating were good. N service was good. Nice stay

I found this hotel has value for money. I was traveling with my wife. This was my third stay and i found lots of improvement in service as well as the food. Thank you specially Suman Bhai ji who had prepared tasty food for us. I will visit again 🙂

I stayed for a week with my family and this was my second stay in this hotel. I prefer this because of location which suited my purpose. Rooms are small yet good. Bathrooms are clean and hot water is also available. But the food they offer are no test at all. That's why we prefer to go and take food in other places. Staffs are good and cooperative. Overall it's good property if you wish to eat somewhere else.

First day food was good, next day breakfast was not apt amd third day dinner was not at all good

It was plea-sent stay at grand hotel. Staff was very polite & helpfull. Food was very yummy. Owner is very co-operative. Will definitely come & stay again

Hotel grand is located walking distance from dehradun railway station, 5 to 10 minutes. It seems many staff were drunk, food was very poor, room/bathroom cleaning is not up to the mark

Staffs are friendly rooms are clean and decorated. Very near to railway station. Sabkuch aacha hai including food. Value for money

It was overall wonderful stay. Owner of the hotel is very nice guy and helps u in getting through logistics. Service is very prompt and food is very delicious. Location is very convenient witu access to public transport.
