Everything was ok with the hotel until one incident where I lost the key and they were charging me 500 for the key. They never mentioned that such card key which normally at hotel are replaced free of cost would be charged 500. Very unprofessional management rules....now I realize that there might have been more terrible rules which I didn't get exposed to as i just stayed for 2 nights. Anyone choosing this hotel should keep a good knowledge of their weird rules to avoid being over charged. Terrible experience towards the end.

The hotel location, food, staff and hospitality was good. But still it has scope for betterment, as certain modern facilities are still not available as compared to the charges, such as, no smart tv, fan and 1-2 switch boards don’t work properly. The hotel location and food was great. The room was neat and tidy, but a bit underwhelming according to the price. There was no smart TV, few sockets were not working properly, fan was working properly only when tuned on to “5” otherwise it was becoming totally slow. We asked for an extra mattress which they put on the floor, whereas in all the other hotels they at-least gave a foldable bed with mattress. All and all it was good but there’s scope for improvement.
