HOTEL CENTRAL PALACE @ Rajpur Road

The room was decent, but considering the pricing, there are better options available in the area.

Stayed at Hotel Central Palace on Rajpur Road recently and it was a lovely experience. The room was surprisingly spacious and spotless, which instantly made it feel comfortable. The staff stood out for their genuine courtesy, warm, attentive, and always ready to help without being intrusive. The food deserves a special mention. It was fresh, flavorful, and far better than what you’d expect from most city hotels. The location adds to the charm; just a short 5-minute walk takes you to Ghanta Ghar and the local market buzzing with famous eateries. A great spot if you want comfort, good food, and easy access to Dehradun’s heart.

Excellent Property, location, service & food.It is centrally located in the heart of the city. The rooms are of good size with very good facilities. staff is very polite & good. Food is very good. Overall, we had an excellent experience.

Poor service, low maintenance, lot of noise by bad boys in night though couple of staff members were nice..

The Hari pleasant Day at Central Palace and the rooms are very nice, and the staff is very cooperative, and yeah, it was amazing

The Hotel stay experience given below: 1) Food: Guests were treated badly for complementary dinner. Guests were felt bad as Hotel refused to dine in restaurant as Boss's party was fixed. Foods were unhyigenic and bad.- (Poor) 2) Location - Beside Rajpur Road ( beside Punjub Jewellers & HP petrol pump) - (Good) 3) Facilities- Not value for money as communication gap among receptionist and other hotel staffs.-(Average)

the stay was good, they even allowed for early checkin 3 hours before without extra charges. Staff is friendly, and the hotel's location is a huge plus point. you can find major eating and shopping outlets within just 100 metres.

Excellent location and rooms are spacious. Neat and clean. Bathroom curtain is missing. Fridge in rooms can be maintained properly. Bathroom towel was not provided even after being asked. Room lock didn't work properly. But a good experience overall

Room was dirty. Tables weren't cleaned since long. Linens were not changed. Even basic handwash wasn't provided. No restaurant. In room dining is available but most of the times they don't answer the call to order.

They didnt offered me bf even its complimentary just a waste of money.I will never ever will trust mmr

Great stay for family & staff is very cooperative. Buffet Breakfast is excellent in taste wise & option wise. I would recommend this hotel for family

Hotel is centrally located, the rooms were neat and clean, services were also prompt. We did not avail the food services.

It was great stay with family. Staff was very cooperative and very nice. Just a technical problem in digital room lock. Hope it will be sorted soon by owner and team.

This is good hotel but not excellent, this is located on very crowded place, he provide breakfast in room. Room size was good with good seating sofa. Bad thing he did not provide me room tax invoice after checkout. As i m business travelers, but he did not understand.

This property located at the heart of the city near clock tower. Service and other services are awesome in term of satisfaction. I recommend this propertt for calm stay in dehradun.
