The room service is bad everything is okay improve the home service and restaurant service where the improve many things the building are under construction bar and swimming pool or not working

new rooms a plus, but no closet/wardrobe just open shelves, cramped toilets, good location. an upscale budget hotel at the most.

nice place to stay here with good ambiance and staff behaviour was awesome.Also hotel decor is unique

We were at hotel for a one night only. Room size is very small even for a couple. We have to change bed sheet and duvet cover as it was badly smelling. Bathroom is definitely nice. However room was cold. Staff is helpful , however the amount which we paid for room it’s not worth it. Food is basic.

Water logging in washroom, No Shampoo and Hand Soap in washroom, Service Delay No detailing for breakfast timing and dinner at the time of check in

I changed approx 3 rooms As all Rooms had water leakage .. and you cant even stay long enough as it smells .. I booked hotel for 2 days but i checkout the next day itself.. Rooms dont have windows so you cant expect any ventilation..

Hotel receptionist was very rude and even he raises his voice when we ask for something..unprofessional and in cooperative..very dissapointed

The hotel room, bathroom and bed coverings were dirty. Toileteries and cups/glasses were insufficient ( for eg:, 1 toothbrush for a room for 2).

Experience was very good best hotel in dehradun near pacific mall, zomato food is available, also all the best restaurant and cafe are in walking distance

Best location-monastery is right opposite and R K Mission is walking distance away. It was peaceful. We had taken 2 rooms with interconnecting door which made it very comfortable for us. The staff was excellent, very courteous. This includes Shubham, Vijay at the reception as well as Somi, Rajan, Lekhraj at the restaurant. Food quality was excellent, we had one lunch and one dinner along with the complimentary breakfast and each meal was very good. Its value for money and would recommend to anyone who wants to have a good stay without paying a very high price.

Bad rooms , worst service and ill mannered staff Rooms were very bad. They were smelling the staff was very ill mannered. They were not letting me contact the manager and the room had a different type of stink. It was overall very bad experience. Every day we told them that clean room and leave when we were leaving in the morning, but every day we came back to a dirty room, and we had to request him that cleaner room. It was overall very bad bad drop

It's a new property, so I thought it would be perfect, but it was the opposite there was seepage all over the rooms were smelling of mould and later when I asked the staff at the reception, they were like yes, sir, you are right. It's a new property, but the construction is still not finished and because of heavy rain, we are facing C page problems and that's why we have shut down fourth floor. Guess what? I was given room on the fourth floor, the bedsheets were moist in short, not a good experience at all.

The location was wonderful but the Bathrooms size and room amenities are extremely poor, the restaurant staff was very humble and pleasant..

Good rooms. Comfortable stay. Good breakfast. Coffee was very good. Very good location. Good staff .

staff lacks courtesy and really check in option was tiring and too long a delay. making guests write contact details again and again when you already have them seems out of fashion and ordinary parking is too small and literally had to park infront of lift in basement, washrooms cannot fit two people and lacks space to even sit without touching walls. I wished I could have said something good but atleast hire new people on reception

I didn’t stay at hotel, as room was pathetic , every wall had dampness which couldn’t bearable to stay.. I want my refund
