मैंने अपने परिवार के साथ 28 सितंबर से 1 अक्टूबर, 2025 तक आपके होटल में ठहरने के लिए बुकिंग की थी। मैं आपको यह फीडबैक देने के लिए मजबूर हूं कि मेरा यह स्टे बेहद निराशाजनक और अप्रिय रहा। आपके होटल की स्थिति और सेवाएं बिल्कुल भी स्वीकार्य नहीं हैं। मुख्य समस्याएं निम्नलिखित हैं: कमरे की सफाई: हमें जो कमरा आवंटित किया गया था, वह बेहद गंदा था। बेडशीट पर दाग-धब्बे थे और वह साफ-सुथरी नहीं लग रही थी। इससे भी बदतर यह था कि कमरे में कॉकरोच (तिलचट्टे) घूम रहे थे, जो किसी भी होटल के लिए शर्मनाक बात है। भोजन की गुणवत्ता: होटल में मिलने वाला ब्रेकफास्ट बहुत ही खराब क्वालिटी का था। स्वाद और ताजगी, दोनों ही मामलों में यह निराश करने वाला था। सामान्य हालत: होटल का रख-रखाव बहुत ही घटिया स्तर का है और यह आपके होटल के नाम में लगे शब्द के बिल्कुल विपरीत है। मैंने एक आरामदायक छुट्टी के लिए आपके होटल को चुना था, लेकिन यह अनुभव बहुत ही बुरा रहा। मैं आपसे अनुरोध करता हूं कि तुरंत इन मुद्दों पर ध्यान दें और सुधारात्मक कार्रवाई करें, ताकि भविष्य में किसी और ग्राहक को ऐसी परेशानी ना झेलनी पड़े। इस अनुभव के कारण, मैं आपके होटल की किसी को भी सिफारिश करने की स्थिति में नहीं हूं।

Very sad and shocked to know that certain belongings of my friend were missing after he let the security guard park the car . The management ought to look into this issue so that no other person has to face the same issue
