Hey friends, if you are planning to stay at this hotel, don't go. It was a very bad experience. there was no cleaning at all. The staff's behavior was very bad if you say anything, they start abusing.

Because we know that you work in a hotel very close to ours and your intention is to defame our property.. So we request you not to do this or else we will take legal action.

Poor Stay

There were no wipers in the bathroom, no geyser in one of the room, towels too were provided when asked. Bathrooms were not cleaned, no food or restaurant facility at the hotel. Basically it a homestay not a proper hotel. No soap, no shampoo, no water bottle, nothing was provided.

Dear Guest, we apologize that we did not live up to your expectations. Dear Guest, thank you for choosing this property. Dear Guest, there has been a change in the company's policy after Covid. We provide towels only when asked for. We provide hand wash of a good company in the washroom as is visible in your photo. There is a geyser facility in every room. Your booking was for a regular room but you were given a family room and a deluxe room. Wiper is not provided in any room. If the guest has any cleaning related requirement, the concerned employee is present. Our policy has always been to check the room first and then show it to the guest. These days the restaurant is closed. Something suddenly went wrong in the staff's house so there was no staff. But we have given every guest the order number of the nearby restaurant and the freedom to order food online. Come on your next visit, you will get something new and you will also like it.

Easy checkin. Staaf behaviour is nice. Location of homestay is very good. It took only 5 min in checking and i was also provided with water by staff.

Dear Sir, you had booked a deluxe room but you were upgraded to super deluxe room. There was no cable related problem in TV. The TV was a Smart LCD and the Smart TV did not work because you pressed the wrong button on the remote. You could have asked for room change which would have definitely happened. We at THE BIRD value are guests and take that extra mile to make their stay comfortable with us. We have no intentions to spoil the vacations of our guests. We enjoy having our guests stay with us and make sure that they are well taken care off. I again regret for the inconvenience you faced.

It's easy to reach this place, it's an on road property. Room was very clean and hygienic. The view from the room is very beautiful. Staff and especially the owner takes care of all your needs. Room service is excellent and very efficient. There was only problem of pests. A lot of mosquitoes and flies were there outside the window in evening, it's advisable to keep your windows closed in evening.
