Hotel KRB Paradise @ ISBT

The overall experience in staying there is very very terrible .The washrooms were dirty , water tapes , geysers are not working . Rooms are very dirty.

Worst nigh mare reached at 7 pm in the evening and the room condition was so bad and smell was intolerable hence had to shift over night itsel

I booked a room for the first time for my family, but the experience was very poor. there was a tv which was not working, the bathroom was not good, wifi was not working and many more. worst experience

Worst experience no safety no hygiene pathetic staff and owner and low class Jo aisa hotel inhone apni list mai add kiya hai maine refund initiate ke liye make my trop Mai call kiya abhi tak koi revert nahi hai don’t trust make my trop

Room service not good

i made an offline booking 1 day back and it was the same room, hence the late review, coz last time they said they will fix it but clearly didnt. Mentioned here are the issues:- 1. ac remotes arent available in most rooms 2. no bathroom door mat 3. the light doesn't function well 4. washroom stinks 5. very poor maintainance 6. even after saying we will give a feedback, the staff keeps calling continuously, without consideration that their client must be busy or travelling 7. the ticket flush doesnt work well, it wasnt working at all in the morning.

There is no linkage of hotel reception and actual room. This is commercial building and security wise there is no control. In lift I have very bad experience with my family. No safety norms followed in lift like in emergency contact number not mentioned. During my stay I stuck in lift and after 8 to 10 minutes we came out from lift after continue pressing of emergency button if lift and after calling at hotel reception. Hotel beds are not porper.

Awesome stay n staff is very good...food also available and you can order food...good place to stay nearby the ISBT

worst rooms rooms are in very poor condition . bathroom is bad , location is scary

I can share. My stay is amazing, property is very near to isbt bus stand, rooms are spacious and clean, specially washrooms. Staff is also co-operative.

Overall a good experience for a single day stay
