Stay was very comfortable,staff is very cooperative and humble,But wanted to informed that morning buffet has very limited options and little more hygienicness nedded,overall great experience.

Bed sheet and blanket were dirty with stains and torn at 2-3 places. Warm water was an issue and had to call reception to resolve

The room service was poor. Even after repeated request for room cleaning they cleaned only when confronted them at reception counter. The TV didn’t work for the entire stay. It will not work, their template reply.

Under renovation they shouldn’t be taking bookings...I booked a suite room but the experience was pathetic.. poor hygiene bedding washroom exterior...

There was no hot water provided at the shower, after complaining at the reception they've stopped full water supply of the washroom, this is just a pathetic experience at this hotel, never ever stay in such kind of property

There was no Hand wash in the washroom. Lizards roaming here and there on the floor. I will not recommend it to anyone.

It was my 4th visit in the same hotel. The washroom shower was not working properly. breakfast was poor. Sprouts were stinking, banana was puffed.
