The hotel was in between market area and the room provided was good. However, the hotel was in the renovation phase and there were no lifts due to which I had to carry heavy luggage upstairs and down with a lot of difficulty.

Average Stay
Air conditioning wasn't working properly, room was full of foul smell of humidity, window area was porous any one can throw something in your room, room size was also very small different from the mentioned at the time of booking. Kindly update your app as per the present conditions of your allotment/accomodation and review them accordingly, it will help you and us both to find a proper place to stay. Regards.

It was very bad..the room was not clean at all..there was no proper service...not even complimentary breakfast and all..the kitchen was always closed...

No housekeeping staffs ,no food ,only paratha is the option, Very bad experiences ,hotel staffs are not cooperative .Waist of Money .

On the day of your stay, the parking was full, and you were offered an alternative space to park at the hotel, which was right in front of the hotel, but due to your concerns for your vehicle, you chose not to park it there. Terrible Stay
Service was not good, the was no inhouse restaurant although they mentioned about complementary breakfast and lunch, amenities and cleanliness was not there, will never book this again. Thank you

Good facilities and services
Understandable people, offer quality service, this is a fantastic hotel. Thier rooms were very comfortable. The hotel is convenient to the central area of dehradun as well as to the train station.
