When we asked you, everything seemed fine and you assured our staff that all was well, and you mentioned you were visiting a friend's house. We offered assistance with transportation, which you politely declined, mentioning you had already booked a cab. If there were any issues with your stay, we would have been happy to address them, including offering a room change. We apologize for any inconvenience and encourage you to inform us of any concerns in the future so we can promptly resolve them.
