Property food was very good and location is good but the standard rooms are just average

There is no room service, the washroom is not usable, the bedsheet is dirty, but the staff is good.

location is good, service also good, but room amenities was not satisfactory, Like TV was not working there is no lift where as they provided the room on 4th floor.

Excellent stay . Friendly Management . Quite comfortable beds. Very Convenient location just next to ISBT.

Clean cleaning was good and the hotel was also good.

While booking it was showing single room but they allow me shared doormatiry AC was not working If you are making a promise please fulfill it

hotel according to price not good only for single person and spending some time only not even good for value

Quality of mattresses were very good. Descent washrooms. Very good behaviour of staff. All over good experience.

Outside was going through a little construction but inside amenities were great

The hotel is located just metres away from ISBT Dehradun. Offers a very pleasant staff and can change your bed if you ask them to.

Stinky toilet, dirty walls & floor, dirty curtain, no toiletries & towel provided, no kettle, no flask. Never suggest anybody in future.

The place had very poor hygiene, no clean bathrooms , very smelly bathrooms and noisy area.

The property all in all was good and mussy of all the hostel was actually nice, clean, quiet, ac was working, washrooms were clean and staff were also very nice, so it was a good experience staying there.

The rooms were quite small, the toilets were poorly maintained, and the windows couldn't be closed, which made the stay uncomfortable. Definitely not worth the price.

The room was okay, the bedsheets were clean but there were stains on the curtains and on the walls followed by the floor, the rest was good. The restaurant food was delicious but they take a hefty amount of time to make it.

No air conditioner, parthetic living condition, not comfortable at all. Not located well difficult to locate

I didn't stay there actually by mistake i booked dormitory instead of room, train arival time was 5am 16 jun e so i required room for 4 hours. And there is no option to cancel the booking. Dint worry next time i wl not bother you. So we booked the room somewhere else. Worse experience. I asked hotel management to upgrade by taking extra charges. But he was unable. No mmt mmt is empty
