It was good experience and beds were clean and hygiene and good stay and food was also good and service is also good

Very nice rooms value for money , reception person is very co operative, Food is good take only breakfast, bathroom is nice and clean

The experience was worst I just reach early in the property and even after mentioning a special request they were not offering early check in and we have to book another property

They don’t change bed sheets and even don’t clean their toilets and you people never cross check these all things before tied up with the hotel. After everything they said we can’t change bed sheets and housekeeping is not available to wash toilet. I didn’t used toilet till next day morning because urine was spotted on the pot sitting cover

There are very small insects crawling on the bed which are not even visible. The cleanliness of the bed is very poor. I could not sleep the whole night.

On road property excellent hotel, comfortable to stay, staff are very helpful. Value for money and can be stayed for a long time.

Following points to be noted: 1) no slipping arrangements for 3rd person 2) no hot water available. Please remove this hotel from your list. Very bad experience

I stayed at dehradun for a marketing related business. I met with 2 stakeholders and pitched my product in front of them.

The hotel rooms were very bad for the price unhygienic washrooms old and dusty bedsheets and pillow covers and unresponsive reception staff

The deluxe ac room with wifi is ideals for a short stay. It was clean but the bathroom tiles and fixtures require deep cleaning by now. Services and staff behaviour was quick and polite. The room may seem small but has all basic amenities like kettle, water, two glasses, sofas, tv with many channels, a cupboard (no lock, side table, coffee table. We got complimentary toiletries and a mineral water bottle.

Staff was good. Room overall is average but washroom was not good.
