No toiletries are provided also toilet is not clean. AC is not working properly. Not value for money

service is terrible. water shop towel, not available in the room. washroom tab broken. apart from receptionist no one 🎧

The hotel's cleanliness surpassed my expectations. Comfortable accommodations: beds were exceptionally comfortable.

There rooms are very ugly room, very dirty bed sheets, very dirty quilt & very dirty ugly & smelly washroom.

The stay was good and comfortable. Service was good, food was tasty and nice.

We lost the key to the room and they did not have spare key available, they were asking for rs. 3500 extra for breaking lock by calling up carpenter. Also the manager was rude and asked us not to book this hotel again. In the end, i paid 1000 + 300 (food) extra apart from my stay. Will ask anyone to not book this hotel. They are really total misers and they do not have any responsibility for the room and your belongings.

I traveled in winters, warm water is not coming in bathroom.. it's very hassled for me

Went for a solo trip, had some inconvenience with my flight but the location was perfect to catch on to a bus and head to delhi

I booked the room and i arrived late checked in today morning at 5 room was so dusty that we had to ask them to change it, after 1 hour when they prepared another room we shifted there and it was like 6am in the morning and the ac was not working in the other room, we were so tired and my mom’s health was not good so we had to sleep anyhow because we were not having any energy to complain again to people. It’s one of the worst properties in dehradun just because the property location is on main road it’s business might be running that’s why they don’t have value for customers

Location is good as it is well connected to the city. Food is good however not value for money. As far as hygiene is concern, washroom was pathetic. No safety standards followed

Comfortable room and kind staff. No hot water in the washroom. No lock facility on the back door (balcony)

The stay is Worth value for money because of the facility for smoking and good balcony view.
