we had booked duplex room in Hotel Onix with the expectation that we will have luxury experience but this room experience was not good enough 1. Experienced 3-4 time power cut. 2. bathroom space is too short. 3. No hanger arrangement inside bathroom due to small space. 4. all liner were dirty and our room was not prepared professionally. 5. Asked about dental kit and bathroom slipper as this was not initially provided. 6. Breakfast variety was absent. There was no coffee and juice arrangement. No paratha. Worst experience

Dear guest, Greetings... Power cuts are not in our hands,, generator switches on within 30 seconds. There is a hanger behind the door to hang your change in the bathroom. Dental kits and slippers are only provided on demand. Coffee is provided when asked because we prepare it fresh. Juice is not avaiable in complimentary breakfast. regards.

Clean place. Staff is super supportive and assisting in nature. Even during late night or very early morning the staff was available for assistance.

Perfect location. Near railway hotel and the buddhist temple. Stayed here with my parents and they loved the quality and cleanliness of rooms. Breakfast was good.
