had a pleasant stay. The property was well-maintained, with good facilities and a convenient location. The food was tasty and service was prompt. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

There was no hot water provided at the shower, after complaining at the reception they've stopped full water supply of the washroom, this is just a pathetic experience at this hotel, never ever stay in such kind of property

There was no Hand wash in the washroom. Lizards roaming here and there on the floor. I will not recommend it to anyone.

It was my 4th visit in the same hotel. The washroom shower was not working properly. breakfast was poor. Sprouts were stinking, banana was puffed.

It was really nice experience to be there for a night!..the service was amazing as well as we didn't face any problem with anything!..the staff was very humble and professional!...Really appreciate it!

It was descent hotel and loved staying It was very nice and the staff of the hotel was also very nice. Good to stay there. At least you know if you want to be in Dehradun, then it's it's a good day.

The property is not at all clean, no towels were available in rooms. The bedsheet was dirty seems the housekeeping guys are not serious for there work or its cost cutting plan of property. Dnt stay at such property

Beginning was quite unpleasant but my experience turned into delightness because of the reception manager (day shift). He is pro in customer handling and turning a detractor into promoter.
