Very good hotel for staying in dehradun. Nice hospitality i received. So i recommend it. Book this hotel in advance and enjoy good stay at hotel

Room was too small. Not cleaned properly. Airconditioner was not up to the mark fan was making too much noisy too many ants were there in room

Booked the hotel for 2 days for a group of 4. Location is the star. Located nearby the railway station and the bus stand and is on the main road opposite the jain dharamshala. Amenities : group of 4 so had booked a family room, spacious rooms and beds. Lift available. Food options are also available, so one can order something to eat, nothing very extravagant but almost good. The hotel staff was helpful too, helped us arrange taxi for sightseeing at reasonable rates, and if one wants they can rent a scooty to travel on their own. All in all a good experience ! )

Its good but not so much lavish as per price its not as per our expectations. No thanks

Staff good, food okay.. bathroom and toilet was not so good… good par of that you can get scooty on rent here in the hotel.

First it took long time for checkin as they didn't have the booking confirmation. Later i was checked into basic room and when i was sleeping they called me and told they want to shift me to another room. I denied. Later in the morning the water gyser was not working and three guys came to repair it and took 45 minutes. I had a breakfast plan and the manager told me that they don't have the staff and they will get whatever i order from outside. I didn't place any order. Overall it was one of the worst experience

Walking distance location for railways station and rooms are good conditions

Good rooms. couple friendly and safe area. we checked in hassle free without any awkward questions. cherry on the cake is they provides scooty on rent also ( not complimentary😁). so u can rent it and spend quality time and late night rides also overall highly satisfied.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. Even though we were only four persons. The room provided by the hotel was comfortable enough to accommodate five members. The location is also very nice and close to railway station. The staff ensured a hassle free and speedy check in. There was ample amount of parking also. Would surely recommend to my friends. Looking to stay in the hotel again while visiting next time to dehradun.

I had a great experience during my stay at the hotel. The rooms are very classy with all the facilities to fulfill our needs. The food served was very delicious. Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. It is situated in heart of the city. Still it has a lot of parking space.

Safety was good. food quality was very bad. Food was either very spicy or burnt. Bed was very dirty. We had to change rooms to single bed room even though we initially booked a double bed room. We were not given a refund even after adjusting from our end.

Rooms is very bad condition not for family

The only thing I didn't like about this hotel is that the door of the room opens in the balcony which is open facing towards the road and there is lot of noise. I could only sleep at 11 pm and forcefully I had to woke up at 4:30 am because of noise. Since it's on the main road, there is lot noise created by Vikram auto. Very noisy rooms.

There should be a lift at centre of the Hotel, to reach in every floor rooms.

Location was good. Prince chowk can easily be identified by any cab driver. They don't have lift so if you have room at 2nd floor then have to use tge stairs which may not be possible for elderly persons. Tgey provide only veg food, so if you want to have non veg food, you can bring from out side, there is a punjabi restaurant in walking distance. They can arrange sightseeing by local cabs(hotel commission included) whichbis higher than the price available in MMT cabs or ola.
