Stay at hotel was terrible. No proper cleaning was done. We found the used tea cup, tobacco wrapper, other wastage, etc still in the room and the room was alloted to us. Moreover, there was some issues with the water supply too.

Dear ravish maraviya, I wish if you could attach the photos of the issues addressed, as we can think of minor issues related to cleanliness sometimes but according to your feedback garbage & dirt was all around which is quite impractical and such things never ever happened with our service. You stayed for around 1 complete day, our receptionist had a word with you, he guided you for local sightseeing and still you didn’t complained about any of those issues at the reception, that’s a question mark on your review. Still we hope to serve better in future. Thanks & Regards

Although the property is good considering the location and availability of parking space, but, it needs maintenance. Bedsheets were soiled with visible stains all over. Walls had paint falling off. For cleanliness, i'll rate it 2 out of 10. Rooms aren't well maintained either.

The rooms were nice with a comfortable bed and pleasant design. The food and room service were excellent. However, the cleanliness needed improvement, the toilet was not cleaned properly, and the glasses were dirty.
