Property location quite central , but still far from local malls & restaurants. Not walkable distance . Hotel ambience and staff friendly.

The air condition of my hotel room broke down at 2 am and when I called the reception, no one came till 8:00 am in the morning. The amenities in the room are not as per the room fare. The food quality is a bit better.

Bad service dirty swimming pool poor breakfast no one pics the phone before 7am and after 12 pm.....

Ac not working, rude staff. Rooms not as were show in images. Ac went off for an hour in middle of night.

The room was clean, checkin experience was smooth and quick. Room service was prompt to respond. Room size seems bit small compared to pictures, however the property is located at a prime location and gives their best services.

Room was good, washroom amenities should’ve been better but were below par. Breakfast was very good.

Never expected our stay @ idea will be so comfortable and good. Smooth check in with good room space was the best. Everything was neat and clean. The staff too was very humble and nice.

Ambience of the hotel is very good. Rooms are clean, staff is courteous and helpful. Food is excellent. Best part is their roof top restaurant and pool.
