The hotel was in between market area and the room provided was good. However, the hotel was in the renovation phase and there were no lifts due to which I had to carry heavy luggage upstairs and down with a lot of difficulty.

Air conditioning wasn't working properly, room was full of foul smell of humidity, window area was porous any one can throw something in your room, room size was also very small different from the mentioned at the time of booking. It was very bad..the room was not clean at all..there was no proper service...not even complimentary breakfast and all..the kitchen was always closed...
