The hotel was dirty, there was no cleanliness, the room walls , the bedsheet, the blankets all were dirty and looked like uncleaned. There was fungus growth on chairs foam. There was wooden tables that had fungus and the kettle as well was having fungus growth

Rooms were spacious staff was polite only one thing to keep in mind is food menu items weren't available

The Rooms were clean and maintained Staff was courteous & nice. Specially the receptionist was very helpful with all the information regarding rooms Great place to stay but the Food Quality needs improvement. AC was not working. So many mosquito could not sleep Water supply in washroom was very slow means very slow. Staff was very good nice behavior

Terrible Stay
The photographs and the reality doesnt match.. There was a strong stench in the room and corridor, when asked the bellboy, he said its perfume.. the linens were very dirty and someones lingerie were hanging on the door. The sofas were very dirty.. The cost of the stay should not be more than but they charged me for overnight stay. I'll never recommend this hotel to anyone, especially if you are travelling with kids. There is no hygiene maintained .

very poor hygiene, power cuts, untrained staff, dirty and smelly rooms, cockroaches and mosquitoes in room, poor breakfast in a room with no fans or AC

Execellent budget hotel and value for money
Location of hotel is excellent . Food, service and room size is also excellent. However, washrooms cleaning specially tiles and seat needs attention.Same review was given to reception.would like to stay again.

Poor Stay
Unhygienic & untidy bathroom. Tv channels working only for news channels. Waitors not wearing any uniforms. Bad breakfast served on both days. Cold pranthas, cold egg bhurji. Floors not being cleaned and broken. Complete hospitality missing. Doesn't know even that forks are also to be given with cut fruits. Overall a poor experience.

Everything is bad here. Right from terrible breakfast, old bed, poor housekeeping, smelly bathroom. Leaking ground floor toilets.

familyWe were on the trip to Dhanaulti, Mussoorie and dehradun. on the return journey we stayed in this Hotel for the last night as it is on the main road. The location is good and easy. It was clean and ambience was good. food was Ok. The restaurant staff was terrible. food was ok but over charged. we had dinner n breakfast at the restaurant room service.
