I was totally impressed by hotel's service . The food which was provided so delicious . Most attractive thing was cleanliness of the hotel . The staff of the hotel was cooperative . The overall experience was really bad. Room is damp and behaviours of staff was really rude. Overall the room size is big but there is dampness on walls.

washrooms were hopelessly filthy the staff does not bother cleaning the room even if specifically told for the same...despite being biz assured property ..the hotel denied giving the Hotel GST bill... really pathetic and hopeless staff...will never recommend

Bedsheets, pillow covers and blanket were full of stains. It was mentioned in inclusions that dental kit is free but hotel charged extra for it. Room service was also very bad and time consuming.
