I was here on a personal visit. The property is extremely well done. It's new. The rooms are large and the washrooms are clean. It has basic amenities and restaurants within the hotel premises. The location is also close to Rajpur Road, which is central Dehradun. I overall enjoyed my stay and it was a good experience. I am sure I'll visit here again.

Rating: 4 / 5 Location is great. It is on the Mussourie road, however the view is not so great even from the premium rooms. Staff is very well behaved. The Food (for Dinner) was good. Buffet breakfast spread was good. Overall the stay was good.

The rooms are good and clean. Everything else about the property is just marketing. Eg Swimming pool is marketed but they do t have the swimming pool. The staff is not good. Upon asking for towels - they gave us swimming towels which are not good enough for bath; asked again and they again gave swimming towels. So basics mein wanda hai. They said the view from room was good, what we got was a view of a slum! They said hi tea is free; we called them to serve us cookies and chai but never got this served. Went for breakfast and live counter was closed for a very long time.

everything was good except the rude behaviour of front desk manager. He is a very arrogant person and doesn't know how to behave with regular guests.

You highlighted the Front Desk Manager's rude behaviour, but both you and your husband treated him aggressively and threatened him. You both sought the same corner room, 416, despite the fact that you did not call or notify the hotel in advance to reserve that one particular room, 416. Only upon arrival, you both demand, not even request. He informed you that a guest was already staying there and that we could accommodate your request the next day. but you two were having a heated argument with him. Nevertheless, he was able to secure a corner room on the second floor, 216, and the next day, when our team asked you to relocate to 416, which you desired, you flatly refused. Therefore, the Front Desk manager was not being impolite; his behaviour was not rude; you both were bickering with him needlessly and without even acknowledging his designation, and whatever the situation might be, we need to be respectful to each other. This Diwali was truly special for my family! We stayed at The Prominence Hotel and celebrated the festival together with all the staff and other guests. The hotel beautifully arranged a Diwali pooja ceremony, and everyone joined in with so much joy and togetherness — it really felt like home away from home. Our stay was very comfortable, the food was absolutely delicious, and the view of the Mussoorie hills from the hotel was breathtaking. the stay was average in comparison to the tariff they are charging .i expect not alot but basic facilities. Firstly they are making a fool in the name of house keeping as the staff left all the used cutlery from last night in the room only even after so called cleaning. secondly they scratched my car on the door while parking as all the drivers and the staff are amateurs or trainees. the property is very nice, rooms are massive,breakfast is awesome and they are trying very hard to look after all the customers but this is what i experienced in my 3 nights stay at the property.

You requested a modification to 15th - 18th Oct, which we accommodated as an exceptional case, despite explaining that it's a 3rd-party booking and requires Make My Trip's involvement. - On the 2nd day, you asked to cancel the 3rd night, and we suggested contacting Make My Trip, but you declined. You insisted on compensation for the 1-day early departure on Christmas Day (25th Dec) and threatened to give bad feedback or speak to the Hotel Owner if not fulfilled. - Our team offered to compensate the 1st night within the month instead of 25th Dec due to high occupancy on 25th December (Christmas Day), but you didn't accept. Upon departure, our staff waived your food bill charges, which you agreed to.Regarding your concerns about room amenities, cockroaches, and the dining area smell, we'll definitely look into these issues and apologize for the inconvenience. We (a family of three) stayed here for two nights in the third week of August 2025. The room was spacious, well-maintained, and offered a nice view. The food was delicious and had a homely touch, while the breakfast experience was simply delightful. The ambience and scenic views from the rooftop restaurant made our stay even more memorable. The hotel’s location is also excellent—convenient yet peaceful—making it easy to explore the surroundings while still enjoying a relaxed atmosphere. The Dehradun Zoo is only 5 minutes walking distance from the property. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would happily recommend this place to anyone visiting.

Me and my wife were there for 3nights wid dinner included in our plan.On the first night while having dinner we found insect in the soup and hair in the sabzi and hair in the roti.The staff did get it changed immediately and made sure we had our proper food.Rest all days our stay was excellent and the staff was really courteous.we checked in 5th July and checked out on 8th morning.they arranged cars also for d pickup from the airport and he was also very good.Rooms were very clean.a very nice pleasant stay for us.

Big spacious rooms. Very good quality of interiors and amenities. The breakfast buffet was also good.

Great ambience, good location for short stay while towards Mussoorie trip, good staff behaviour, Super delicious food. great food prep from Chef Saurav. My kids enjoyed the stay here.
